Terms of Service
Draft. Last updated: October 2026. These terms are pending legal review.
The service
HealthPipe syncs the Apple Health Categories you choose to your Account and lets AI assistants you approve read them over MCP. By using the app you agree to these terms and to the privacy policy.
Not medical advice
HealthPipe is for personal tracking. Nothing in the app, or in an AI assistant's answers based on your data, is medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Data may be incomplete or delayed. Do not rely on it for medical decisions.
Your Account
An Account is for one person and may not be shared. You are responsible for the Connections you approve. You can revoke them in the app at any time.
Acceptable use
- Use only your own health data.
- Connect only AI assistants you trust. You are responsible for what you ask them to do with your data.
- Do not attempt to access other people's Accounts, overload the service, or bypass rate limits or security.
- Automated MCP clients must respect the tool limits and rate limits we apply.
Subscription and payments
HealthPipe is free during the TestFlight beta. Later, paid features will require a subscription purchased through Apple, billed and managed under your Apple account. Apple handles payments and refunds. If your subscription lapses, Sync and assistant access stop, and your data is deleted 30 days later.
Ending your use
You can delete your Account in the app at any time, which deletes your data. We may suspend an Account that violates these terms.
Availability and liability
The service is provided as is, during a beta, without guarantees of availability. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms and will tell you in the app about material changes. Questions: support@healthpipe.app.
