Prompt guide
Once an assistant is connected, ask in plain language. Behind the scenes it uses these read-only tools. Answers are for personal tracking, not medical advice.
Tips
- Mind Freshness. Every answer says when each Category last synced. If it is old, open the app and ask again.
- Days are Local Days. A day is the calendar day where you were. A night of sleep belongs to the day you woke up.
- Gaps are not zero. A day with no data is a gap. A good assistant says so, and does not count it as zero steps or a zero heart rate.
- Give a range and a grouping. Say "by day" or "by week" and a period, such as "the last 8 weeks".
- Ask for coverage. "How many measurements is that based on?" tells you how much to trust a trend.
get_inventory: See what is available
- Which kinds of health data can you see, and how fresh is each one?
- How far back does my data go?
get_activity: Steps and active energy
- Compare my steps this week with last week.
- On which days last month was my active energy highest?
get_heart: Heart rate, resting heart rate and HRV
- How has my resting heart rate changed over the last 3 months?
- Show my HRV by week and tell me which days are missing.
get_body: Weight
- What is my weight trend since January, and how many measurements is it based on?
get_oxygen_saturation: Oxygen saturation
- What was my average oxygen saturation by week this month?
get_sleep: Sleep and sleep stages
- How long did I sleep each night last week?
- How much deep sleep did I get on average this month, on nights where stages were recorded?
get_workouts: Workouts
- Summarize my workouts from the last 30 days.
- What was my heart rate range during my runs this month, and how much time did I spend in each zone?
An assistant can only answer about Categories its Connection allows. If it says a Category is not permitted, change the Connection in the app.
